Really Awesome Glow Text Effect!
Instructions:
1) Have a layer of your text/shape with transparency selected/active.
2) Must be top most layer.
3) Run script and let the magic happen.
4) You'll get the default blue glow, if you wish to change color of glow, just right click a layer and select "New from Visible" and Colors/Colorize that layer to your liking.
